The most effective way to produce less electronic wastes is to reuse your old devices such as computers, mobile phones, and so on. There are a lot of creative ways that you can utilise for this project.
First off, you can make a digital picture frame out of laptop monitors or create funky jewellery out of motherboard parts. Meanwhile, if you have not disposed of your analogue television yet, you can restore it by converting it into a DVD station. Otherwise, put it in your garage wherein you can watch shows while working. If you really want to get rid of it, then donate it to your nearest school or charity. Moreover, if you still have your functional but old mobile phone and digital music player, these should not be thrown away in landfills since they contain some toxic materials. If possible, place them in your car where you can still use them in case of emergencies. All in all, your gadgets can be recycled if you have the knack for creativity and you use your skills and imagination to devise something useful. If not, recycling shops are always open to accept your old devices.
