Otherwise, use anti-static cleaner or soft cloth to clean the screens and other devices like fax machines. Also use an alcohol-based cleaner to clean the telephone’s mouth or ear pieces. However, make sure to use the cleaners lightly so that you cannot cause any damage to your office equipment. When it comes to heavier machines, use a soft cloth or an all-purpose cleaner in small quantities to clean copiers, scanners, and CPUs.
